You need an adult to manage the place, these kids do not care because it’s not their money!! This used to be my go to place!!! So angry; and it takes a lot to anger me!! Made a delivery order; they found my information and I said I’m paying cash and they already know I tip 50% of my order or better!! I waited 40 minutes and nothing can do I called them and they said I had no orders on their system, she asked me if I wanted to place a new order? I told her no; what happened to my current order? Finally she admits and says there’s a 3rd party delivery service so they cannot accept cash!! Now I told them to just make my order and I’m 7 minutes away I will pick it up!!! I come inside and the male is joking around asking my how fast my cybertruck goes?? This place just needs to shut down or hire more qualified and competent people!!! Waste my whole hour waiting and now we are almost late for a flight!!!

This was our first visit to this specific Jimmy John's. We visited because we are fans of the sandwich wraps. However, while the employees were friendly and the bathrooms were clean (essential to me), the chips were stale, and the employees failed to address the flies buzzing around the food. This left a bad taste in our mouths regarding their attention to sanitation. Moreover, the manager in charge of the evening shift on August 1 demonstrated little regard when we brought this to his attention.
