Our food was ordered online then when I got there to pick it up was given two different stores by two different people on why it was not ready. Stood around another 15 minutes waiting with no real reason or compensation not even a drink. Five Guys you dropped it on this one.

I think Five guys is totally overpriced, but I wanted a burger and this is where I stopped. The food is good and you won’t leave hungry but please Five Guys, be reasonable on the pricing.

We stopped at the Burlington location on the way home and placed a to go order. When we got home burger was raw. I tried to call restaurant about it and automated recording said if placing a to go order down load app. and place it through there. If you need to speak to an associate press 0, when pressed 0 no ringing or anything just get a message saying sorry missed your call leave a message and we will return your call then disconnected the call before you could leave a message. I tried several times Saturday night and through out the day Sunday. We live in Greensboro but was coming from Raleigh so that's why we stopped at this location. Wasn't driving 20+ minutes for them to correct. This has been my favorite restaurant even during radiation treatments I could still eat here opposed to other restaurants. However always went to one in Greensboro instead. After this will not being going back.

There was mayo instead of mustard on one of the burgers. The biggest disappointment was the quantity of fries! A pitiful serving for $6.00.
