Rudest employees ever. Very slow. No disregard for customer. I don’t know they work there if they feel like serving customers is beneath them when they applied for this job.

When for a matcha and they gave me coffee. Not worth a dime and you can’t hear anyone at the drive thru. Never a good experience here. And they are slow!

Go to the other Dunkin Donuts on 2526 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215 as they have better staff that is actually customer service oriented. Thankfully Burlington has 2 locations as this Dunkin Donuts is much worse. The two girls working at this location think serving the customer is beneath them. They aren's just slow, they are incredibly lazy and they barely bother themselves to work, barely bother themselves to care. One of the girls at the register was just socializing with some white knight that wants to stick up for lazy girls that don't bother themselves to work and acts like you are crazy when you are annoyed that they don't want to work as that is what they are paid to do. I can't believe the owner pays these girls as they are too entitled to bother themselves to serve customers. Like I said, one of the girls at the register is just socializing while the other girl around the donuts doesn't want at all to try to take an order/serve me as she clearly wants to avoid working. I try to ask her to at least get the donuts/munchkins I wanted together so at least I had everything for the other girl at the register to ring me up. When I call out the girls for one being too lazy to bother herself to work and the other that she socializes way to much with the guy as she was not at all doing work just chatting, the guy acts like a white knight trying to talk to me to defend the lazy girls. And it's not like the guy was making an order or paying for an order, he and the girl at the register were chatting and socializing way too much. It was not like these girls were super busy handling other orders and it wasn't like they were understaffed and struggling to handle too many people and their orders. Unless the owner of this joint likes paying girls to sit around and do nothing and socialize with a random dude that isn't even buying anything but wants to be a white knight, the owner of this location absolutely should hire two new people to handle the afternoon/evening shift as they should be about wanting to serve customers instead of just chatting. Actually, if you hire the right person they would get more work done these two incredibly lazy girls combined as why should they work there when they aren't actually working/serving customers. So if you are like me and you don't have time for this nonsense , despite driving to the other side of town, it's worth it as the other Burlington Dunkin Donuts is so much better than this one! The staff at the other Dunkin Donuts in Burlington actually has people working as they want to serve and take care of the customer as they professional, friendly, caring, social, and customer service oriented as they earn their pay and they deserve praise. Can't say enough kind words about the other Burlington Dunkin Donuts as really those people appreciate you and take you seriously as they value you as a customer and fellow human being.
