- PPP3 days ago1.0Why the restaurant windows so greasy and grimy..did u cleaned em with milkwater....kitchen prolly dirty..no pride
- INIla NewtonFeb 22, 20261.0Stopped in for coffee and some donuts due to us having a power outage at home. Customer service was subpar at best. The drive thru attendant was impolite and acted as if we were interrupting her day. We got our coffee in the drive thru and thought about the donuts after we had already ordered so instead of holding up the line we got our coffee and then went inside to grab donuts. They had very few (less then a dozen donuts in the case) options but as we had no power we were going to take them so the kids had breakfast. Mind you this was at around 7 am. The employee was so rude and gave us no mind so after waiting 10 minutes we just left. On the way home we learned that the coffee was old and over cooked. It was so bitter I still taste it. We through it all out the window and excepted that we waisted 15 bucks and gas to get here. Skip this one and head to the one down the road.

- DLDenné LaBoyFeb 14, 20261.0This is the slowest working dunkin I have ever been to. The other church street location is way better. I waited in the drive thru for an hour. Received completely cold food. The inside of the store looked to be a mess, pink order tickets all over the counters, food piled up, ready to be served with countless people waiting and the employees looking unsure of what to do. This location is used by many college students on Saturday mornings. I’d suggest this location become an EXPRESS on the weekends. To top it all off, you have to email customer service to get refunds on mobile orders.
