  order is always wrong! old lady in drive thru laughed in my face bc she was annoyed I was even ordering ?! Everytime i’m in the drive thru waiting for so long and nobody is ever at the window . Drinks are piling up and so is the line. Constantly wasting my time and money here! Disappointed and dissatisfied every single time. Will no longer be coming to this location.

  This is THE worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I lived in Mass where they are on every corner. This location CONSISTENTLY FORGETS ITEMS, food is often burnt (not sure how you burn a bagel if you put it on a conveyor) and the morning rush for the drive through has taken more than 25 min on multiple occasions. I won't be going here again and neither should anyone else

  This place is taking way too long for an order that I placed 45 mins ago and the workers are extremely rude and are not fulfilling good customer service. I WILL NOT be coming back here anytime soon. Sorry but being honest.

  The manager that works here was an older white lady when I came in today. I literally explained nicely that my hashbrowns look burnt. I’m thinking that she was going to do something, she laughed and said “ that’s not burnt, that’s done” in a condescending way. I showed them to her and got pushback like she didn’t care or want to replace them, then she got an attitude and walked off. I wasn’t even rude, angry, or mean. I tried to tell her that I wanted a refund for JUST the hashbrowns but she wasn’t even trying to listen.. she was mumbling to her employees about how I didn’t like the hash browns. I guess one of her employees told her that I said I only wanted a refund for the hashbrowns. So she walks up to me.( I’m still holding the bag with the rest of my order) She said “give me all that” in an annoyed voice, I handed her my order.. I’m confused but also thinking she was going to remake the whole order, but she throws it in the trash right in front of me. Then hands me my whole refund for my order and said “here you go” in the nastiest tone ever. Please take everyone’s advice here and go to another one. This one is horrible with customer service.
