    If I could give zero stars I would. Twice I’ve been to this establishment now. Different times of day, different days of the week, with different staff. Yet both times, crap show. Long long lines of people, missing ingredients in food and on the line. This time, it’s a 10 min line. I get to the front, ask for a kids BYO. Was told there were no more kids boxes and I couldn’t get one. Even though a stack of kids boxes was in my eyesight. So I get out of line because I can’t order what I wanted. My friend behind me gets out of line as well. We’re at the cash register at this point and another employee brings the stack of kids boxes down and says I can get one. After I’ve stepped out of a line of 15+ people. I was not going to be unfair to those people and skip the line I got out of, even though I was told by staff it was ok. It was not ok. I love chipotle, but after two horrendous experiences, I won’t be coming back to this location.

    Food was okay however the service was lacking. I went in a week and a half ago for a nice juicy burrito and guess what they said that their tortilla press was broken. Which I was like cool this happens no big deal, but that's when he goes "the online press" isn't broken you can order burritos online only... That right there confused me. Like how you gonna say you can't order burritos in the store but hey order online and you can get them.

    I wish I could post a video on here because the service on 2/18 was so bad recorded it. I was standing behind 2 people in line and it took 25 minutes to order my food. They had around 12 employees standing around yelling, cursing, and joking with each and not doing anything work related. This was with people standing in line. People started to walk out and leave. Eventually when I was helped, they said they were out of steak, but it was 7:45pm and don’t close until 11pm. This was the second time this has happened at this chipotle. I won’t be back to this chipotle. It needs a major overhaul. If any management wants to contact me, I can share the videos I have with you.

    Fire whole staff and start over, this is a disgrace. Went in with my girlfriend and went to order a bowl, wasn’t greeted at all. Every employee was loud and obnoxious and acted like was wasn’t there , then started arguing over who’s gonna do the order… then we finally get someone about to start our order and the manager (short woman) yells at her employee to go do something else and leaves us waiting again without service, so we walk out. Will never be coming back. Fire the entire staff at this point.

    I just had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I went to Chipotle with my wife and was met with some of the rudest and unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen in the service industry. First, a shorter African American woman with locks and glasses decided she wasn’t going to service us and made two other workers who were taking a break work because she said she was “done with it.” Then the two African American women slowly came over but didn’t serve us yet. The one with tattoos took her time and was mumbling things as she seemed disgruntled to have to work. She didn’t even acknowledge us as we stood there waiting to be served. There was a line of people and I had been waiting around 10 minutes at this point. One man in line made a comment to them about how no one was working or serving us and walked out. I continued to wait and watched as still no one acknowledged us and they continued to take their time getting to serving us food. The manager, “Nicole Singleton”, was there watching the whole time but she was often on her phone. The shorter woman with locks and glasses made a comment to one of the workers who came off break and said they needed to hurry up because the growing line. The woman then replied that the customers could wait, they weren’t going anywhere. I then told them this was poor service and they needed to get it together and walked out without getting any food. On the way out the shorter African American woman with locks said, “It’s always the white guy.” My Asian wife then turned around and said, “What?” I realized I didn’t get the name of the manager so walked back in and asked for the name of the manager. They would not give it to me and said they don’t give out names of staff. The manager had walked to the back when I came in and I waited for her. They gave me a card that said, “Norman Singleton” but would not give me her name. I waited and finally they said it was “Nicole Singleton.” During all this the shorter African American woman with glasses and locks continued to be rude and unprofessional during this entire process. I spoke with the manager and told her it was some of the worst service I’ve ever seen and it was just sad. I also want to note that the taller man doing take out orders made eye contact with my wife while we were trying to navigate this and he glared at her rudely if to say, “What do you think you’re doing complaining about our poor and unprofessional behavior?” No one apologized or said sorry about any of it. It was a terrible experience and we will never be back to this Chipotle again. Another man also walked out and said he was never coming back and was calling corporate because of how rude and unprofessional the behavior was. Please hear our concerns about this as they are valid. I have rarely complained about a service experience and am usually very patient. I was patient in this situation but the level of unprofessionalism was beyond just about anything I’ve seen. I hope something will be done to remedy these issues and I would like follow up to ensure it was addressed so no one else had to go through it. I would not recommend going to eat here to absolutely anyone unless you are desperate for food. Thank you.
