  The restaurant was filthy, the workers were extremely rude questioning why I was scanning a QR code claiming I was taking pictures of them (probably because the place was so dirty), the worker making the food had no idea how to roll a burrito the thing fell apart completely and was leaking through the foil. We should have gone to Taco Bell.

  Very poor customer service here, which is definitely what you need if you’re selling burritos with chips, guacamole and a drink for $30. I ordered the other night at 6:30 for pick up at 6:50. I arrived at 7:04 and didn’t receive my food till 7:20. There were a ton of people waiting and only 3 people actually preparing food. The main front counter had no food out and they’re only accepting mobile orders. There was one employee that was just wiping the front counter trying to look busy while the other 5 were preparing food and prepping. This location needs to see more love from corporate as it’s clearly being mismanaged.

  This specific chipotle store is very unprofessional. Coming from someone who’s worked customer service and retail for many years. A few months ago the store did not open on time at 10:45 like they usually. You could see one worker cleaning the store. I’m assuming they did not pass their food safety inspection hence why they hadn’t opened the store yet and the one worker cleaning the store. Since that day it seems the staff hasn’t changed much or done anything to improve as a team. The workers are still rude and hateful, portions still small and restaurant still messy. Turning customers coming in away and and doing only online orders points to a serious management issue. I’m not sure if there is a staffing issue but this store desperately needs better management from higher ups. It’s very unfortunate to see the decline of this chipotle and its barley been in Burlington for 5 years. I wouldn’t be surprised if this chipotle ends up closing within the next year due to how unprofessional and dirty this store has been within this year alone.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Honestly, my first mistake was driving 20 minutes to even come here. First, we were told that it would take 10 minutes for chicken. Understandable. I’ve worked in food service, so I’m trying to be patient. But get this. Next, we were told that they were doing online orders only. And I proceeded to try to order online. However, it would not process my gift card that I wanted to use. At this point, I’m getting really frustrated. So we just left because obviously online orders get prioritized over customers who are actually inside the store. Someone behind us left as well. There were seniors coming inside the store to place an order as well, and I’m sure that ordering online may be difficult for them. I guarantee that if I were to proceed with ordering, without my gift card because apparently it wouldn’t take that, I still would have been met with rude service and my food would have taken forever regardless. I won’t be coming back.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service is trash. The light skin tomboyish girl that may be a shift leader or something, customer service and demeanor is nasty. I went in with my family, expecting to have a sit down experience, but after our food was poorly made, we decided not to be seated. This is my second time at the same location with the same problem from the same girl. There’s also a young guy with tattoos that clearly did not want to be at work because he said out of his mouth he was ready to go. I will never spend my hard earned money with a restaurant that employs nasty attitude having people. Do better or find another job.
