  If you don’t value your time, this Cava location is perfect—because you’ll definitely waste plenty of it here. It’s unbelievably slow every single time I visit. I’m literally writing this review while in line after sitting in my car for twenty minutes with zero movement between me and the two cars in front of me, and I’m pretty sure I’ll still have time to spare afterward.

  Love Cava and the fresh ingredients,good quality and nice variety for any dietary needs. Lisa made my food today she did a great job, friendly,great attitude and she got the job done. She was also knowledgeable about what’s in each bowl! Plus the restaurant was clean! 10/10 good job Cava team in Burlington

  If I could give this review 10 stars I would! I am a regular customer and I can honestly say the service here is absolutely excellent and the food is delicious! Lucie, a manager, goes above and beyond to ensure I always have the best experience when I come to order. I am greeted with a smile and she introduces me to new sauces I usually wouldnt consider and end up loving. The environment is clean, the food is great, and most importantly the service is excellent. Thank you Lucie and the rest of the CAVA team

  I dined in on 11/4 around 5pm and the service was absolutely amazing. I was a little skeptical on the quality of the chicken and so my boyfriend spoke to the manager (did not catch her name) but she and the employee were incredibly helpful and reassuring and overall provided great service. The manager gave me a complimentary cup of chicken and asked about our meal. Overall great experience, great service, and great food!!

  I normally love going to Cava during the day, but my recent late-night order was a complete letdown. I placed my order just before 10 p.m. expecting the same quality I usually receive, but the experience was nowhere close. The pita chips we ordered for the kids were soggy because the crazy feta wasn’t placed in a separate cup—it was put directly on the plate with the chips. By the time we got them, they were soft and wet instead of crisp and fresh. On top of that, both the chips and the chicken were heavily coated with black pepper. It wasn’t just a light seasoning; it was so excessive that it overwhelmed the food completely. This is not the standard I’ve come to know from Cava. During the day, everything is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Unfortunately, this nighttime experience was so disappointing that I would not recommend ordering in the evening until the quality is addressed. I really hope management takes a closer look at how food is being prepared at night because it makes a big difference for loyal customers.
