    Never do pick-up here. They can’t handle it. Your order will be HOURS late, if it gets done at all. Takes them 30+ minutes to bring it out to your car, even when they’re not busy. Items regularly “unavailable” with poor or zero substitutions. This has happened to me more than once. Done shopping here.

    Worst customer service ever. Bought two cans of Kyack moist stuff that was totally dried out and unusable. I was told no refunds or exchanges period. The company's creedo of 100% customer satisfaction doesn't extend to tobacco products or alcohol.

    No regular checkout was open, forced to self checkout. The employee watching self checkout was trying to give out religious paraphernalia. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

    There's a young girl with short hair blue tips she always has a very rude attitude every time I come in the store. She never greets customers. They need to train staff to be more friendly.
