  Took my family off 4 there for Saturday lunch. Over half of the restaurant was empty and they said it would be a 45 minute wait. We asked to sit at the bar and they said it was not available. They apologized for not having enough staff. We left and went next door to another restaurant and were seated immediately, served immediately and had a great experience at another restaurant.

  I will start with the service, since that was the only redeeming factor of my visit to the Burlington NC location. The hostess was quick to seat me at lunchtime. The server was a very sweet younger woman. Took my order quickly and checked on me a few times. The BAD: The food quality was lower than what I would expect from a fast food restaurant (and thats a pretty low bar). I ordered 6 wings, fries and a drink. My fries were cold right out of the kitchen. Could not even finish them. The chicken wings were smaller than what you find at a pizza place. I mean a child would still be hungry. They were so heavily fried if it wasnt for the sauce they would have no flavor. The only good part about my $20 meal was the drink, and it was unsweet tea. Since the service was good, i left her a tip, but based on the food quality, I wouldnt have left one. I usually will give a reasturant two tries to see if they are bad, or if it was just a bad day. I think i am going to skip my second visit to this restaurant.

  Walked in , nobody greeted us and had a bunch of customers just standing , no workers on sight . So we just sat our selves at bar . Food took over 45 min so the only thing that was hot were the fries , wings dried/cold and just tossed in sauce . Management needs to do better asap . Will not be returning back to this location .

  The restaurant has over half the seats available and no one at the bar and it’s still a 30+ minute wait. Not even allowed to sit at the bar and get a drink and wait. I would not think much of it but it has been this way the past 4 times I’ve been in. Not sure if it’s poor staffing or what but it’s disappointing. I Did take out instead and over the next 25 minutes I watched multiple people leave and yet every family that came in to eat got the same story that it was a 30 minute wait. The restaurant was getting empty and yet it was the same story. Turning people down. It almost seemed like it was on purpose.

  I absolutely don’t recommend this place the restaurant is dirty and disgusting the lighting inside is horrible at this restaurant there food and there drinks here are absolutely gross and disgusting and the manager and the employees here are beyond rude and disrespectful and nasty there lucky someone hasn’t reported this place yet they really need to replace this restaurant with a new updated restaurant with a better manager and better and nicer employees who actually want to work for a change.This restaurant gets 0 stars from me.
