  About the 4th time I’ve been to this location and without exaggeration something has been wrong every-single-time. Either the order is wrong, the wait is long or they forget multiple things. Today after waiting 15 minutes for food, they left out the condiments. Thankfully we caught it before driving away. So I go inside, get it and leave and when we get home, lo and behold, they gave white meat instead of dark meat. We’re 15 minutes away so it’s not worth driving back. I mean geez…..at least this location has one thing going for them, they’re consistent in being the worst bojangles around.

  I went to pick up an order the cooks were arguing. One of them mentioned how this was the longest shift they had to work. One mentioned the other was being blamey, the other mentioned they worked 100 hours in the kitchen solo. They dropped the F bomb, this store has poor morale and no leadership. Please help them.

  It took forever to get our food. Ran out of chicken but like nobody else was even in there. We went about 7pm. One piece of my chicken was still old. Dirty rice wasn't too fresh either.

  I used to be a regular at this location, but after this morning, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. There was a sign on the door that said “drive thru only” ok, no problem, probably too short staffed to open lobby. I jump in the drive thru line and I patiently wait my turn. 20 mins for me to make it to the speaker box, and there was only 1 car in front of me. I order 3 biscuits and 2 reg Bo rounds, and the AI system rings me up for over $54 in food THAT I DIDNT ORDER. Ok, easy fix at the window I guess. I wait almost 20 MORE MINUTES to get to the window. I go to hand my card to the young lady and she asks me what my order was, Intell it to her. She immediately asks me what my order was again, I tell her for a second time. She then asks me if I knew how much my order was, I did not. After a few mins they finally ring my order in correctly and charge my card, the whole time the person making the biscuits on the line is asking the cashier if I still want my food and I have to correct them for a 3rd TIME on my order. After almost 45 minutes of waiting and questions, I finally got my order for my family. I get home and the eggs on 2 of my biscuits are burnt, and cold as ice, I only live 3 mins from this location… I understand being short staffed, I understand working harder, but this isn’t a one time ordeal, it just happened to be the straw that broke the camels back. If this location gets a whole new structuring and retraining I may return, but until then, nope.

  Horrible service. I was waiting at the window for 10+mins while the workers inside were just talking to eachother and not paying attention. A line of 4+ cars had to wait behind me as well
