  Literally the worst place to stop for “fast food”. U will order and then wait in line for 30 min. Idk what the employees are doing with their time but it’s definitely not making food and getting order out. Saw two employees out back instead of inside working.

  No mashed potatoes, no chicken. I had to wait 20 mins for them to make chicken.. that's okay I didn't mind. Got home this chicken in BURNT !! They either refried it or just straight up burned. Smells and tastes horrible. Tried to call no one answers the telephone.. phone number directs to Thai Blues. What a waste of Money.

  I went to Bojangles at 8:30 and got out the car with my 1 year son , he will sleep so I had to carry him inside to order my food but when I got to the door, the door was locked, the employees were looking at me when I got to the door, but they didn't let me in. I didn't understand why they locked the door. It was only 8:30 and it was not even closing time. So I got in my car and drove to the driveway and all I wanted is a kids meal for my son. I put my order in at the drive-through, when I got to the window I paid for it she gave me the food, but then when I was about to drove off, she said something when she closed the window, I almost didn't hear it. I would rather not go there no more because they are rude. If you didn't wanna work there why are you working there now?

Then I decided to pay in cash with a $100 bill, and they told me they couldn’t accept it because they had just opened and didn’t have change. I understand there can be limitations, but the lack of solutions, clarity, and willingness to help was very disappointing. Instead of offering alternatives, they simply left me with no way to pay. In the end, I had to cancel my order and leave feeling upset and frustrated. They definitely need to improve their customer service and how they handle basic payment situations.

  Jacob was amazing please promote him because while the manager was arguing with the workers infront of the customers for no reason he lightened the mood and made the customers laugh
