When I got to the window, I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming face. I believe her name was Kalee according to the receipt. She immediately apologized for the wait and mentioned she was currently the only one working. She didn't sound overwhelmed or frustrated. I don't know Kalee's position over there but I can say, she's a very valuable employee. Also best cheesy double beef burrito I have ever had in my life.
