Are you serious? its not crazy that we had to wait but we watched 5 workers sit there and have a conversation.

The manager agreeed to make me fresh fries but as I wait for my fresh fries I noticed my nuggets were hard and cold too. The manager said he gave them to me 15 minutes ago which was not true. My receipt said that my purchase was at 5:57 PM I got my fresh nuggets at 6:03pm. Also when he gave us our fries, he brought them to us in a bag dripping with hot grease oil.

- JGjohn graziano88Dec 2, 20251.0My wife and my son are allergic to mustard we specifically told the this when we ordered our food half way home my wife took a bite of her food and guess what mustard so we called it in and they told us they where sorry and that they would put are name down in some book and they would replace the whole meal for free so we come back up 4 days later and ask for the meal they owe us and the young Hispanic manager caches a complete attitude with me tell me im lying and that shes done talked to her bosses and that they some how lost their gm book of mistakes and that they can't help us bc burgaw Macdonalds is out to make you have an allergic reaction
