IT WAS ALREADY COLD OUTSIDE. WHY WAS THE AC ON?! There will be less and less customers coming into the restaurant. My steak biscuit was luke warm at best,.as well as the bo rounds. They were no where near hot. Another question that should be added to the list before is "how long we had to wait for our order to be taken. We normally always have to wait because there is only one person up front doing everything. Then the next person has to wait.
