    Ripped off at self checkout. Yesterday I purchased a 12 pack of beer with some other groceries. This brand which is regularly 19.99 was on sale for 17.99. Naturally it rang up wrong. The attendant said she couldn’t help me because she couldn’t leave her spot. She then pointed to a customer service employee and said she couldn’t help me. That employee was running a register with about 6 or 7 customers in line. Needless to say I left paying more than I should have. I hope food lion enjoys that 2 dollars as it’s the last this customer of many years will give them.

    Convenient location but always out of certain items having to to go back the next day, front end help sometimes make you feel like you are imposing on them when their registers don’t take off coupons from their own web site
