  We went here because it says it's a Pizza Hut "Classic" Dine-in location. If only. It was basically a delivery/carry-out hub with a dining room and a small salad bar. If you're hoping for the pizza hut experience from your Book-It days, this is not it. The salad bar is there, but it's a smaller echo of the old ones. There were no video-game consoles and no classic red plastic cups--your drinks come bottled. Rather than serve your pan pizza in a scalding hot cast iron skillet, they bring it to your table in a box. At least the stained-glass hanging lights are still there. The food was what you'd expect, but if you were hoping for a classic experience, you'll be disappointed.

  Was waiting for my to-go order (which they said was ready, it was not still had to wait an additional 15 min ). No customer service, very rude the guy boxing up the pizza was throwing to-go boxes everywhere clearly doesn't like his job.

  There was some confusion with the employees. We wanted to dine in but we waited at "the wait to be seated sign." After several minutes of not being greeted, my fiance went and paid before we ate...I ordered the salad bar, he got a Dr Pepper, I got a water. We had to ask for a cup of ice. We shared a large supreme pizza. They knew at that time we were dining in. Why in the world would your employee, Nik, bring out our pizza in a to go box. It was just odd. We had to ask for yet another plate to share the pizza. I saw an eye roll from Nik for needing another plate. Just a weird and unprofessional experience.

  I would like to say to Michelle thank you so very much for your wonderful attitude and your absolute grace handling the huge amount of people that all came in within 10 minutes. You kept a smile on your face you made sure to do your job and do it very, very well. The pizza was amazing thank you to the kitchen who handled that as well. We didn’t figure it would be busy and Bryson city on a Sunday while we are here visiting. I’m just going to assume that most of the people that showed up also came from wise guys. Where we had just received the worst service in the world just simply waiting to order food. We are from out of town and we like to eat at local restaurants. This time Pizza Hut you did us right thank you so much.
