After several minutes of not being greeted, my fiance went and paid before we ate...I ordered the salad bar, he got a Dr Pepper, I got a water. We had to ask for a cup of ice. We shared a large supreme pizza. They knew at that time we were dining in. Why in the world would your employee, Nik, bring out our pizza in a to go box. It was just odd. We had to ask for yet another plate to share the pizza. I saw an eye roll from Nik for needing another plate. Just a weird and unprofessional experience.

You kept a smile on your face you made sure to do your job and do it very, very well. The pizza was amazing thank you to the kitchen who handled that as well. We didn’t figure it would be busy and Bryson city on a Sunday while we are here visiting. I’m just going to assume that most of the people that showed up also came from wise guys. Where we had just received the worst service in the world just simply waiting to order food. We are from out of town and we like to eat at local restaurants. This time Pizza Hut you did us right thank you so much.
