  A timestamp of Brevard, good customer service. Pretty clean and drive thru is fairly fast. Food is usually hot and fresh. If they mess up your order, they are willing to fix. Tip: always use the apps, so much free rewards from the app and good deals.

  A gentleman named Dakota took our order and he was super kind, made eye contact and took our order correctly. After he brought us our food is almost checked on us to see if we needed anything else a few times. He also went out of his way to tell us which trash cans to use because he was taking the trash out. He deserves a raise or an award. You don’t see this much in fast food customer service anymore.

  Is some McDonald's used to be my go-to because it was quick service and the food was always good. The last few times I've gone I've waited in the drive thru line over 20 minutes after the spraker for an online order that I placed at least 15 minutes before I've gotten to the store and when I get my food it's all cold. So why am I waiting 20 extra minutes for the food to be cold. The drive-thru always takes at least 10 minutes from beginning to end at least in my experience. I know when I work there this would have been unacceptable. Chuck and Teresa have really let the place go. It seems like all they care about now is his political beliefs which is screwing over small towns. Very convenient considering the McDonald's has gone down the way it has
