  I went inside to order.. drive through lane very busy. .so I stood there awhile at the counter... cashier was talking to someone that she knew who was waiting on their food...I stood there about another 4 minutes.. finally I said .. Hey what's up? Can I order? Cashier says no I'm sorry we are changing out the registers now ..I said what? Well can someone else take my order? She looks around at the 5 people huddled up at the drive through window area and says uhhh no everyone is busy because we just had a 90 dollar door dash order! Then continued to talk to her friend ...I stood there about 30 seconds more and left. In shock.. honestly this Wendy's is usually great...but after this time I just don't know...I was so pissed off!

  Service sucks employees were laughing and cussing and talking during me placing my order they left out 1 complete meal. So when we got home 10 miles away 1 person had no food. Probably only job they could get and not even good at that. In Brevard. Also never even gave me a receipt just handed me my card. Oh and also had to pay extra for the tea that was supposed to come with the meal we didn't get.No way they completed their own applications ....no way!

  I have been to this Wendy's a few times before and always had excellent service, piping hot food , pleasant atmosphere and a clean dining experience. This time was very different . My daughter and I walked up to the counter where we were made to feel we were imposing upon the cashiers time. She neither greeted us nor asked if she could help us. She actually looked angry to see us and had a very off-putting and rude attitude. We tried to ignore the rudeness, and waited for her to let us know she was ready for our order. We were just glared at, so we began telling her our order. She then tried to rush us through the order by putting in what she thought we wanted, and not what we had told her. She then mumbled the order back, without checking to see if it was correct or asking if we needed anything else, and submitted the order. When the meals finally came, we only received half of the order, so had to ask for the rest of our meal. We then went to sit down, only to find that all but one of the tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. I have worked with the public for a long time and understand everyone has bad days, but the entire experience was very off-putting . I hope things improve for this location, as they do have very good food.
