The last few times I've gone I've waited in the drive thru line over 20 minutes after the spraker for an online order that I placed at least 15 minutes before I've gotten to the store and when I get my food it's all cold. So why am I waiting 20 extra minutes for the food to be cold. The drive-thru always takes at least 10 minutes from beginning to end at least in my experience. I know when I work there this would have been unacceptable. Chuck and Teresa have really let the place go. It seems like all they care about now is his political beliefs which is screwing over small towns. Very convenient considering the McDonald's has gone down the way it has

From them forgetting items you ordered, to them leaving ingredients off of items that are supposed to be there, to replacing items they are out of with whatever random food they have left in the store without notifying the customer, to rude staff/management and the list goes on. The only reason why this McDonald’s is still in business is because they are the only one in immediate area. It’s sad that the owners of this store have accepted substandard service as the norm because they know they don’t have any competition nearby and people will have to order here if they want McDonald’s.
