  Waited at the register for an extended period and never even got acknowledged by the at least 5 employees who were behind the counter so my family finally just walked out without anything

  I will never come back to this store. I asked the clerk an app question and she said she works there and doesn’t place orders. She didn’t give me a receipt or say anything. The icing on the cake was another person came up after a couple of minutes and literally slung my sandwich and croissant on the counter, without saying a word or even look at me, and immediately left. Plenty of other places that understand customer service to choose from; and that have better donuts, like Ingles.

  As a former Dunkin employee this was by far the worst donut I have ever hard. The donuts were rock hard, maybe leftover from the day before. Also the glazed donuts only half the donut had glaze on them. The Munchkins had NO GLAZE on any of them and all the donuts were very dry.

  This is a go to spot for me since it’s on my way to work. The staff always seem like I’m bothering them when I enter the establishment. They see you come in and continue to stand in the corner whispering until someone finally decides they’re going to take your order. When they do finally help you they are very unfriendly and it still feels like I’m bothering them at the job they are getting paid to do. Food is always good though.
