  I'm here Sunday afternoon at 4pm and have to wait 25 minutes for fried chicken to be fried because they have no chicken at a chicken joint. I was told 15 minutes but it's now been 25 minutes. It's super dirty as well

  I want to give a shoutout to the manager and one of the employees. My car overheated in the drive thru line. They came out, in the rain, helped me get my car into neutral and push the care into a spot out of the way of traffic. They went above and beyond to help me. Even after waiting for the car move, my food was still fresh and tasty.

  I once was told at the drive through to wait at a Parking spot even though no one was behind me. I waited and waited, I would see cars get their food and leave 30 min past by and I would see employees outside on a smoke break. I was beyond upset. I got down and asked what's taking long. The establishment forgot about my order and had no recollection of me ordering. I showed them my receipt so another 30 minutes went and my food was finally ready. At home after I opened my family dinner the food was terrible.

  There has been 2 times recently that this Bojangles has charged me for more on my card without telling me at checkout, and shorting me 5+ dollars when I pay with cash, only to make me wait 20+ minutes while they counted their whole drawer. And the chicken always seems like it has been sitting for days. I’ve just given up on this location for good. Good luck to your digestion if you eat here 🍀
