    I just purchased 30 dollars worth of food for it to be prepared wrong. I order a chicken bacon Swiss and I got a regular chicken sandwich thats slapped together

    Not exactly sure what has happened to this Arby's. They used to be incredible and very dependable. Not any more. Last two visits were awful. Food quality, order accuracy and overall experience was terrible.
