  10 am on 4/19/26 it took 45 minutes to receive my order after ordering and paying inside for carry out, I was told that drive thru was all the way around back. I was like, I've already paid. The store was filthy, trash all in the floor, and I know that wasn't just from this morning, there was way to much trash in the floors and under the counters. The warmer where the food is kept hot was built up of food and looks like it had been there for weeks. I'm going to contact the regional manager and Corporate. The place filthy...

  Is this a chicken? Don't think so, it was so hard and old. Wish I could return it but was far away when I checked and didn't have time. Quit sell stuff like this!

  Change my past review, as it seems they have changed management, good food as Bojangles is known for. Service is usually pretty good, restaurant is pretty clean. They definitely can be busy at times, so I usually prefer to eat inside versus go through the drive thru

  For weeks the line at the Brevard Bojangles has been a nightmare. If you can even get to the menu after half an hour of waiting, you then have to deal with the new AI voice to take your order. Once that headache is complete, there's no telling how long it will take to get your order since nothing is ready. I just want a biscuit and borounds. It should not take me or my husband nearly an hour of sitting in a fast food line to get that. Going inside isn't any better. This location needs to have more people on shift to help move customers through. The product is amazing, but not if you can't actually get to it.

  03/27/2026 ordered a simple biscuit waited at window for pickup over 10 minutes finally someone came back and said we are out of biscuits it will be five more minutes until they are done if you would pull up waited another 15 minutes on the biscuit that was already paid for and finally had to leave still without biscuit
