  Kind of hard to find because of how Google maps set up the location, it's right next to wingstop. Loved my smoothie, was a little on the expensive side but got a much bigger cup than i expected so it evens out

  First time customer and wow, everything was so good! The Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread was just what I was looking for and the Sunset smoothie, divine! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

  The flatbread was warm and flavorful with a nice pesto chicken filling. The Paradise Point smoothie was refreshing, with a well-balanced blend of strawberry, banana, and pineapple. The jalapeño corn was also tasty, slightly sweet with a mild kick. Everything tasted fresh, and the place was clean and bright. The only downside is the price — a bit on the expensive side for what you get. Overall: good flavors and fresh ingredients, but slightly pricey. Would still come back.

  I visited store this past weekend and it happen to be their Grand Opening day. The store was completely slammed but it was amazing to see how they handled everything. There was line till outside. Manager was super nice and informed me in advance that we have huge backlog of order and it will be little more than usual for order and wanted me to have best Tropical smoothie experience. I appreciated that and decide to wait. I was not disappointed. Smoothie was delicious. Chicken Pesto flatbread was yum! Manager checked on me to make sure i had great experience. I am glad they are now open in Boone! I would recommend to try their Mango Boba Bowl with Nutella drizzle.

  I arrived around 5 PM and ordered a kids smoothie, a Chipotle chicken flatbread with no tomatoes, and SunChips. I got my smoothie in about 10 minutes and my flatbread in about 20, but when I checked it before leaving, it still had tomatoes. I brought it to the manager, who said he would fix it, but after waiting another 25 to 30 minutes with no update while customers who ordered after me were getting their food, I went back up to ask about it. The cashier checked and said there was no sign of it being remade, then told me it would be about five more minutes after speaking with the manager. At that point, I had already been waiting over an hour for a flatbread. A few minutes later, the manager handed it to me and said “no tomatoes, right?” in a passive aggressive tone, but when I got home, it still was not even the correct order. I ordered the chipotle chicken flat bread and received a chicken bacon flat bread. I am not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. Waiting over an hour for incorrect food along with poor communication and unprofessional service made the whole situation frustrating.
