  i ordered doordash from them tonight and it was not doordashs fault because on the receipt it was my correct name and order but taco bell packed the order wrong. i called them and they said we had to pick it up even though we ordered delivery for a reason because none of us are able to drive to pick it up. they were very rude and said that pickup was our only option and we were not offered a refund even though i spent 50 dollars for our order and we received only cinnamon twists and a cheesy roll up which was no where near the same value. would not recommend.

  I eat here very often and they mess up my order 75% of the time. They’ve also done it every time I used my rewards points to get an item so I end up wasting them. They also never include napkins or utensils in the sealed bag they give you.

  Apathetic is the best word here. It's obvious whoever does the ordering and maintenance stopped caring. You're in a college town, people will want large cups, people will want ice, people will want lids when you do have large cups. I cant count how many times this has happened but sadly I like taco bell. But it's hard to continue to go to any when this seems to be the standard.

  always out of shit. always forgetting my food and sides. always randomly closed. ordered food tonight and got NO chips but 7 cheeses, which all opened in the bag and got over everything (mind you we ordered 3 chips and cheese…)

  12 beers 12 tacos challenge. Lettuce and cheese were alil light. Pacifico pairs nicely with the crunchy tacos, really brings out the flavor. Picked up a pack of diapers as well cuz everyone knows after taco bell, your gonna need em. The lady with septic nose ring who took my card really elevated my experience with her smile. She asked what kind of sauce ld like and ld said your hott, l mean hott...
