  When I went to place my order the girl taking it was quiet and I couldn't quite hear her, we tried to order a 10 piece nugget meal with a diet coke and a small side of fries. When we went to pay the woman said we had ordered a dr pepper, when we corrected her she was not apologetic or kind during the entire interaction. She said she would walk to the drink station, tell them the correct drink and as we were pulling away she said we should try smiling. I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional, she was wearing a different color shirt than everyone else which makes me think she is the manager, if thats true that makes the whole interaction that much more disrespectful and unprofessional. When we pulled up to the window I saw the same woman go and talk to people at the drink station. When he went to hand us the drink it was still wrong. Im not sure how that happened when I saw her talking, after she finished talking everyone there started laughing which makes me think she was talking bad about me and my friend instead of actually trying to help. Not only was the drink still wrong the girl who took our order rang in a 10 piece nugget, small fry, and a large drink. They didn’t even ring in our order in right because we were missing the small fry and it caused our total to cost more than it should have. When we explained this to the guy giving us our order he did not try to fix the situation at all. Overall very dissatisfied with this experience and very offended on the work ethic, lack of helpfulness, and overall treatment from the staff, especially the girl who had the audacity to say I should try smiling.

  the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been into my whole life. sat here for 40 mins waiting on ONE meal.

  I have a lot of grace for service industry workers. Im pretty on the go and this store is pretty central to any errand running I have to do. I’ve become a little more frequent recently. The customer service has been slowly dwindling over the last year. I’ve ordered the new hot honey chicken bacon sandwich twice this week and neither time it has been correct. Last time they added tomato (not even included in the base sandwich??) and this time I received a plain crispy chicken sandwich. I understand being understaffed and I’ve seen this place run well that way in the past (though no one should have to), but the quality of this business is dwindling by the day.

  I travel a lot for work, so hotels breakfast gets old real fast. This morning, I decided to go here at 5 am. How hard is it to remember to put hashbrowns in a bag. There were literally two people in line with me at the drive thru. It's not like you were busy!

  This place is miserable. The employees don’t do their job and are short and rude at all hours of the day. Are also unable to complete simple tasks and are incredibly and inconstant and inconsiderate. I often only come here as a door dash and almost always experience an issue regardless of the order and or who is working. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 30-45 minutes and be ready to stand around for ever waiting on a door dash order.
