  When did Jimmy John's start offering buns on the menu? I decided to eat there after an online order. If I seen this when I walked in, I would have left. While I was there, another couple came in. No one out of three people got up or greeted them. I guess what was on their phone was more important. Anyways, the brownie was good at least but it was wrapped..

  Delivery here is usually hit or miss, but today was the worst I've experienced. My sandwich arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after I placed the order, the driver wound up totally in the wrong place at first, then just dropped my sandwich off at my building's front desk and left without telling me. It's important to note that the instructions/order included both the street address of my building and my office room number with instructions to meet me there. They got literally nothing correct in this. Glad I didn't order a toasted sub. Not likely to use the delivery option again - certainly not worth the $4 fee + tip.

  Quite possibly the worst JJ’s I’ve ever ordered from. They got my order completely wrong. 😑
