  I keep getting cheated out of money here because they don't seem to understand or remember their own Happier Hour promotion that has been active for years. I get a medium drink (between 2 and 5) specifically because it is $1 during happier hour. They have charged me full price at least 4 times, once I caught it before I pulled away and it was refunded to my card. The last time I caught it and asked for a refund, and after paying with my card $2.79 for the drink they came back to the window and handed me a single 1 dollar bill and said, here's the difference. No, you still owe me 79 cents. Please either understand how your business works or at least brush up on basic math

  The food is great. But that’s not the reason I find myself going to the Taco Bell on Blowing Rock road some nights. It’s for the service. To mention a certain individual, Brycee, or Bricy, maybe even Brycie. Tonight I went on one of the hardest nights I’ve been through, facing a breakup, getting my car towed, missing class, overdue assignments, everything seems to have gone wrong in a short period of 24 hours. It was the 45 second interaction with a drive through worker that really turned my whole day around. Although this person is technically a stranger to me, only ever hearing and seeing this person for no longer than a minute, this single person always has a smile on their face and a positive attitude that is contagious to customers. Not to mention, every time I pull up to the drive through his familiar voice “welcome to the bell I hope all is well” immediately tells me my food is gonna be in safe hands and I will be met with the perfect level of satisfaction while eating. This guy has changed my entire perspective on the fast food industry. As long as there are Brycees in this world it’s gonna be an okay place. Thank you Taco Bell :)

  Ava has a really bad attitude, she ruins the entire vibe and i hate stepping in the building when she’s working. they should’ve gotten rid of her. why work in customer service with that type of personality? just appalling. i went back a few days later and couldn’t even believe what i was seeing, two employees, Ava and some other girl, BOTH vaping in the taco bell?? inside the kitchen??? i’m disgusted someone needs to investigate

  Came in on a snow day and the restaurant was completely empty. Ava, Wesley, Bricy, and Jacob were all super helpful and so nice! They catered exactly to my needs and the food was delicious. I will never eat anywhere else in my life. Much love to my taco bell family:)
