We cancelled our order, no one in our department got lunch…and we feel like there was not honesty or customer service. Save your money and order from Dominos.

I knew my order was likely going to be redirected to DoorDash which was fine because we’ve never had issues in the past. However tonight around 6:30 the dasher was in my complex and we hadn’t heard anything. About 6:50, my boyfriend went to go look for the person and didn’t find them so we called and the number had been disconnected from our order and we could no longer contact them. I called the store and spoke with the super nice manager, she got in touch with DoorDash support and refunded me. She said the dasher had an issue with the address, but no one communicated that to us (we’ve also never had an issue with delivery) she then had me confirm my address, in which I did because they offered to send someone else to deliver to us and we never ended up receiving our food. EDIT: we just received the pizza at 9:57pm. The delivery said “the address is wrong”. But again, the same store had no issues last week when we ordered.

I've seen a lot of reviews bashing them for delivery and how the pizza was cooked but personally I haven't had an issue. Perhaps because I generally order when they're not too terribly busy. Around 7-8 pm on the weekends and occasionally a bit later during the week. Keep up the good work!
