This time, we were met with a rude response over the phone and laughed at, they said “that’s funny because we’ve delivered there several times.” When we came in to order in person so we could still take advantage of our coupon, the staff was still unhelpful and dismissive, telling us to order online instead of addressing the issue. Disappointing customer service overall.
