  I’m usually not negative about food places I live but, by far this has been the dirtiest Chipotle have ever been in my life. Food left over in the floor, on tables, the counters inside the food containers like the had a food fight. Very messy. Outside window dirty like the store has been closed for a few months. The food tastes good but, I had second thoughts not to order.

  I have eaten at many Chipotle's and this one was the first bad experience. Food all over the floor and walls in seating area, all meat options were dry and over-cooked. It is sad that the women's restroom was the cleanest part of the whole place. Do not eat here people. Do better Chipotle.

  We ordered 11 chicken bowls/burritos and were told there is no chicken. Only option barbacoa or pork for $2.50 more each. After they made them the people behind us ordered chicken and all of a sudden they had some. We paid $25 more and didn't get what we wanted. Poor experience and nothing offered for the inconvenience or substitute. Not coming back.

  Overall, not great experience. Line was long, but the employees were going fast which was fine. When we got to the front, they informed us that they had no steak or chicken. That is why I came was for a burrito and they didn’t even have the essential protein. The woman was impolite about the whole ordeal as we reevaluated the situation and then proceeded to spend $40 extra because the only option that they had was an $11 dollar burrito vs $8. This was because we had a large order and it adds up. The toilet in the woman’s bathroom wouldn’t flush. I took a picture of the drinks are, it was simply a mess, and all of the tables were very dirty. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what I wanted. Overall nothing terrible happened, but when you go somewhere with expectations for the brand and what you get falls mighty short for the same price, doesn’t leave you wanting to go back.

  I asked for guacamole in my bowl and worker said they were out. As I continued down the line, I saw guacamole where they make online orders and told the worker I would like some because they were not out as previously stated. She said it’s only for online orders and I can not give you any. She then proceeded to tell me to go online and order some of I still wanted it 😡 How ares you going to refuse a paying customer just because I did not order online!!
