- BBBraydenNov 30, 20251.0This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Bojangles. The food line was a complete disaster — backed up, slow, and totally unorganized. It looked like they had what seemed to be a 16-year-old kid trying to run the entire place while the so-called manager stood around arguing with customers. Instead of stepping in to help, the manager chose to yell and even cuss out the teenager who was actually trying to work. It was unprofessional, chaotic, and honestly embarrassing for a business. If this is how the management runs things, it’s no surprise everything was falling apart. This location seriously needs new leadership, because what I saw today.

There was a white female employee—who I assumed was the manager—allowing orders to pile up while the kid working up front struggled alone. She was cursing loudly while making biscuits, complaining that she had to start lunch while still handling breakfast. When a customer mentioned the delay, she argued with him. This was extremely unprofessional behavior, and if she is the manager, she should be held accountable. Completely unacceptable experience.

Cold , small portion over charged and asked for a extra sauce with 3 large tender meals and got charged extra for the single sauce . Also no customer service AI completed your order through the drive through , what a joke , spend your money esle where .
