Last evening we visited the drive through after a really long day as we often do. We were asked to pull to the side to wait on potato cakes. After a lengthy wait the order was delivered to us without the potato cakes or curly fries from our order. I went inside to request the remainder of our order and was asked to wait again. I went back out to wait for a second time. Shortly an employee returned with a small bag containing a half filled carton of curly fries. Two potato cakes in another carton. I requested and paid for a small curly fry and a three piece potato cake. Not a twenty minute debacle of not knowing a small order of potato cakes contains three not two and a carton for fries is at least to the top of the carton. Really disappointed in one of our regular go to places for a decent meal to end the day. I have expressed in the past the ease of having a piece of paper in hand telling you exactly what to place in a bag before handing it out the door. It’s really not that hard!!!

William the manager made our order right. He totally rocked our French dip sandwiches. He was POLITE, he was KIND and on point!!! Keep him in this restaurant!!! He’s the reason we will be back!! Thank you William for your incredible service to us. You are the best manager we have ever seen in this Arby’s.
Also the team was busting out the orders!! Keep doing that good job and the sky is the limit!!!
