  Never had 7 Brew before but have heard great things. I’m sure the coffee is on par with Dunkin, starbies, etc. but just like everywhere else in America right now, there’s zero cognitive thought. It’s get em in and out as fast as possible without actually paying attention and by the way add tip here….. stopped in to get a hot chocolate with my toddler after going to get a Christmas tree and specifically asked for it to be lukewarm and cool enough for a 3 year old to drink. Lo and behold it came out scalding hot. Simple request that was “acknowledged” by the drive thru bro barista with zero actual execution. Would not recommend for the simple fact that no one listens.

  Awesome staff, service and coffee plus they are very dog friendly and have pup cups. Very efficient!

  If your are wanting good and cheap coffee definitely the place to be. They have people at your window to take your order to make sure it’s fast and easy as possible.

  I had to ask for the whip cream after she handed me the coffee, and I got the peppermint mocha and there was no peppermint on the whip cream . There service was slow today and it just seemed off to me. I dont got there alot. But it was not the same as before I have gone

  . With all due respect, what happened today at the café speaks volumes. I sat waiting for over an hour, and it was so cold that I left shivering from the long wait. I was exhausted waiting my turn, and in the end, they came after me and served me first, as if I wasn't even there. It was incredibly rude, and you need to replace the staff and increase the efficiency. Customers don't come to suffer; they come to be comfortable and respected. What happened today left me feeling frustrated because of the delay. They took an hour to bring my order for a juice, can you imagine? And the attitude was hurtful and discouraging. Respect costs nothing, but its absence changes everything. I sincerely hope you reconsider your customer service approach because today's experience was truly awful. Sometimes they're rude and disrespectful, and the staff should be replaced. Sometimes they're rude, and sometimes they're arrogant and conceited. I didn't want to leave the place where I was supposed to be resting, especially since I was sick and upset. With all due respect, what happened at the café today really upset me. I arrived early, waited like everyone else, and in the end, I saw the person who came after me being served before me, as if I wasn't even there. It's not about ordering or coffee; it's about feeling neglected. Customers don't come to stress themselves out or feel like they're just "adding to the queue," but to find comfort and a little appreciation. What happened today left me feeling incredibly burdened, as if all the waiting had been for nothing. Nothing hurts more than being treated with respect and met with indifference.
