  It's a fast food joint, so it's only gonna be so good, but it's pretty darn awesome. The thing I really dislike is the goofy AI ordering system in the drive through. It's so annoying, and CONSTANTLY tries to upsell. Get rid of it. I much prefer speaking to an actual flesh and blood person.

  I'm a vegetarian and have routinely ordered egg and cheese biscuits, this is the 5th time I have received a bacon, egg, and cheese with the bacon taken off. This is disappointing considering I haven't eaten meat since I was 13. I will likely never return to this location.

  SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT. DO NOT GO TO THIS BOJANGLES I don’t know what’s wrong with this location in particular. It’s 2026 and they tell me after I get to the window (after waiting) that they no longer take apple pay in the window. They have literally done this before AT THIS LOCATION. The lady said they technically could take apple pay inside… but they wouldn’t since it was closed for some reason even after 8am. I think it was because there is snow on the ground and they didn’t want to deal with a mess. I waited 20-25 minutes for my literal 6 dollar ish egg and cheese biscuit combo. Instead of being kind and working with me since it was the only form of payment I had this morning… they refused. They could have been kind and even comped the meal as it was 3 items… biscuit, drink, bo rounds. It really was upsetting since I waited far too long for any fast food place for nothing. Bojangles literally do better.
