  The drive through was very obviously ran by an AI, and it was very difficult to place my order with it. The food was good, but having to spend several minutes talking to the AI just to get my order right ruined my experience.

  Me and my husband comes in to get something to eat and as we was getting ready to order 2 guys speed walks outside said they be back we waited ,I had to raise my voice to get another workers attention Thats just not how u do business as soon as customers come in u go out in the parking lot .as least one worker stays and takes orders . We have worked in fast food before and that's not how u do it plus we have our on business and custmer comes first . Will not be returning .

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Bojangles. The food line was a complete disaster — backed up, slow, and totally unorganized. It looked like they had what seemed to be a 16-year-old kid trying to run the entire place while the so-called manager stood around arguing with customers. Instead of stepping in to help, the manager chose to yell and even cuss out the teenager who was actually trying to work. It was unprofessional, chaotic, and honestly embarrassing for a business. If this is how the management runs things, it’s no surprise everything was falling apart. This location seriously needs new leadership, because what I saw today.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bojangles. There was a white female employee—who I assumed was the manager—allowing orders to pile up while the kid working up front struggled alone. She was cursing loudly while making biscuits, complaining that she had to start lunch while still handling breakfast. When a customer mentioned the delay, she argued with him. This was extremely unprofessional behavior, and if she is the manager, she should be held accountable. Completely unacceptable experience.

  When you show up to a fast food restaurant and there is no line at rush hr .... ask your self why? Its because the food sucks ! Cold , small portion over charged and asked for a extra sauce with 3 large tender meals and got charged extra for the single sauce . Also no customer service AI completed your order through the drive through , what a joke , spend your money esle where .
