    Pizza was fresh, cooked well, and plenty of toppings. The sauce was the perfect amount. New box design which held the sauces was an added plus.

    Never really had a problem until this evening. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 didn't have sauce on them. Asked about it got told there was nothing they could do because...not everyone likes sauce.

    When they make your food the way you want it, it's great. But you've got a 50/50 shot at being able to place an order for a papadia with an extra topping. Doesn't matter if you're happy to pay extra for it, you're gonna get "the papadia can only come with three toppings because our system only lets us enter three." Funny, because if I order a three-topping pizza and want to add an extra topping, I just get charged for the fourth topping and everyone is happy. The manager can't comprehend how to do this for a papadia, though--even though several of his employees can and have in the past. Shoutout to the real MVP, Makenzie, who can think outside the box and never gives us any grief over adding extra toppings, letting us pay for them, and making us happy papadia-eaters. Unfortunately, she cant save a sinking ship alone, and we're over it. Bye forever, Papa Johns. One good employee and pretty decent food can't save you from the incompetence of bad management and a poorly designed ordering system.
