- CFChristinna FApr 15, 20261.0I tried calling up there to make an order and the first lady to answer her name was April as soon as I spoke I didn't get a word out she said that I can't take your order and hung up, called again And as soon as as the phone rang it was picked up than immediately hung up. I did it three times and same results.never will I stop by or god forbid call cause management don't care about customers. This isn't the first time. I been going to outback since anthony was proprietor and it was special now the whole place has no care and love that it once had. Soon we will get longhorn and bye to this horrible place they call a steakhouse lol business.

Although disappointed that they didn't have prime rib due to the oven not working. We decided to try the lobster. It was great, cooked perfectly. Will, the manager went out of his way to make sure our visit was great. Thank you. But the best part was Shawn, our waiter, if you go ask for him. He was one of the best waiters we've ever had in all our dining experiences anywhere. Very attentive, great personality, enjoys his job, and interested in making sure his customers are taken care of. Something rare these days to find someone who actually cares. Thank you Shawn for a great night out.
