  I placed an online order at 8:15. I tried to place another online order at 8:20 and due to their shitty app the order wouldn't go through. Not to mention they called me after the 1st order to say they didnt have any cookies!( except oatmeal raisin lol ). I called to place the order over the phone and they answered the phone with "YO"! I had to look at the screen on my phone to ensure that I called the correct phone number. I told the employee there was a glitch in the subway app and I requested to place an order with her. She said, "no they were about to close."[at 8:27] I informed her that i had already ordered 2 subs and a salad and had to pick those up anyway. She still refused! So my wife and I figured we could just order it when we went to pick up the online order. WRONG!! At 8:40pm we were told they were closed. My wife asked the employee, " i thought subway closed at 9." There was a long silence, the employees eyes were buldged out along with her lip before she said, " the oven off." The open sign was still on! According to the hours listed subway was still open. When we walked in the two employees were just talking and leaning on the counter.It would have taken 5 minutes to fix a mini sub, tops. Instead we had to go to hardees ans order a meal for our daughter. We were not even given time to get our fountain drinks and chips that were paid for!!! This will be the last time that I ever deal with this establishment again!! This isn't the 1st time I've dealt with their bad attitudes, unprofessionalism, or their eagerness to leave b4 closing! If I could leave 0 stars, I would! This isn't a big town so there's not alot to choose from but I'll drive to Elizabethtown to get better service!

  Terrible service, I ordered online and they didn't make my order yet I had to wait 25 minutes and they never prepared it I canceled the order.

  Worst experience ever...sandwiches where made total opposite.of what I wanted.i even asked if the bread she had cut and toasted was the appropriate bread because of it being open you could really tell....got home and of course it was wrong bread for that sandwich.... sandwich was very dry...called to talk to manager and was absolutely no help at all and acted like I offended her worse than their service offended me... I spent $40.00. On three sandwiches that went into my trash can and had to cook dinner myself when I went to subway so I wouldn't have to cook.... for the money I spent to throw away I could ha e ate somewhere else that cared about customer service...... definitely do not recommend this place at all..

  Didn't care too much for my sub it was sloppy just thrown together also taste like cleaning supplies it had a little funny taste to it as if they was cleaning and then stopped and just started making sandwiches again.
