Sadly, after I ordered 2 large pizzas then arrived to pay for them, the cashier at the window asked me for a tip. For what? I asked, genuinely wondering what I'm supposed to be tipping for. Well, the lady at the window took offense to my question. Told me I didn't need to be a smart ass. Ok, wow. I consider myself a good tipper. I always leave about %20 as a tip. When I get service. When someone waits on me at a table. Or if someone delivers food to my house. But ordering food through an app and picking it up at the window? Shame on you Pizza Hut! You should pay a living wage instead of whatever it is you pay. If it's such a paltry amount of money that your hourly workers and the manger herself (window lady said she was the manager when i asked for one) has to ask for tips at the drive through window? Shame. I'll never spend a dime at at place that pays so little that thier workers feel the need to beg for tips at the window.

They transferred your call and make you wait for 10 minutes and then you never get a hold of someone then they tell you your address is out of range once you finally do get someone on the phone. It’s a complete and utter joke. No wonder they’re about to close down. No one can even place the order to buy pizza from them if they want to.
