- LJLane JohnsonNov 1, 20251.0Dining room said to be open at 5am, arrived shortly after 6 and both doors were locked, trailer would not fit through the order lane so I pulled to the window and asked to order there since my vehicle wouldn’t fit at the order sign, the lady (with the janky teeth) was very rude and would not let me order food, she told me I had to order at the sign. When I explained why I couldn’t do that she shrugged her shoulders and acted like they didn’t care for our business. The Waffle House across the street will have our business from now on!

Then we went last night we were overcharged $17 manager corrected it when we got home we had 2 half gal. Unsweetened tea we ordered 2 sweet. IDK Whats going on there. We got 2 tailgate specials one was very good and fresh but the other one was not it looked like it had been sitting awhile.

Went inside and they had food in hot wells and had to put the order together. Rice was cold and gummy mac & cheese was same way. Chicken was warm. Sorry service and food. Would not recommend this store to anyone. The owner needs to make some changes to management and workers. Will not be visiting here ever again.

Therefore, service was slow and incorrect. Y'all need an extra employee or two so management can manage, not be part of service.
