This is the most awful taco bell. I really wish this wasn't the case. Just not worth going anymore when the food is so bad each and every time.

Today, i get that it is New Years Eve. But it's 12:30. Not time for you to leave. Timed or not, what a customer orders should be what they get. If they check to make sure, your job is to ask politely if things are correct, not point at some clock because you're timed. That's your management's fault, not the customer. This isn't the first time we've had bad service at this location. We'll just go to Clemmons if we want to indulge in Taco Bell, which is already few and far between.

If I could give 0 stars, I would have! We walked in and nobody was at the front counter. There were a few workers making food (who looked absolutely miserable by the way) but nobody even greeted us. We placed our order on the self service ordering system at 6:21 pm. 15 minutes goes by and still nothing. Nobody even handed us our drink cups. A few more minutes go by and I go up to the counter where one guy was standing and he didn’t even acknowledge me. One younger guy (the only professional one there) asked me did I need my drink cups. I told him no I’d just like my money back. Then two guys start going back and forth about how the order never transferred and wasted another 5 minutes of my time. I finally receive my refund with “there ya go” and NO APOLOGY. VERY SORRY SERVICE!

Today I spent $6 on a cantina chicken burrito and literally basically was eating a tortilla. I had about 3 bites of chicken in it. They also forgot the sauce that goes with it. This is one of many bad experiences with the food there. It’s specifically this location, because I never have this issue with other Taco Bells.
