- JWJessica Wright5 days ago3.0Let me first start by saying I absolutely love that this Midwest chain has made its way to the east coast. What I do not love is the hours. They are trash. I live in Mocksville and work night shift. I used to live in Greensboro and would get coffee on my way into work since they are open till 9pm. Well this one and the one in Kernersville close at 7pm. I would have to leave me house much earlier just to stop at either shop. Thus forcing me to spend my money at Starbucks since they are more accommodating hours. Hopefully in the future they will extend the hours. I love the coffee but like others have said it depends on who is working and its a roll of the dice if its going to be good or not. The service at both Advance and Kernersville could use some work as the staff don't seem to happy to even be there.

She didn’t hear half of my order and gave me the wrong drink and act like it was all my fault. This place is why we need green aprons

After that first visit, we were hooked and were back everyday during our visit!! The drip coffee tastes superbly and the employees were friendly. Starbucks Clover Vertica machine coffee tastes like mud (I'm being kind). Caribou Coffee: I think you would do very well here in Mandarin!!!!! Please consider. I want to mention that I appreciate your walk-up window as I never use the drive-thru. Thank You!!
