- HPHolly PhillipsMar 17, 20261.0I cannot believe the rude service. My friend was explaining her drink and the first lady was helping her. When it came to my drink… another lady came on and was rude! Then there was no protection shield on cake pop or chocolate croissant and they just threw them both in the bag. How unsanitary especially with the cake pop that should have a protective shield on it! Croissant was not even heated up! This place sucks and needs to be closed down!

- JWJessica WrightMar 10, 20263.0Let me first start by saying I absolutely love that this Midwest chain has made its way to the east coast. What I do not love is the hours. They are trash. I live in Mocksville and work night shift. I used to live in Greensboro and would get coffee on my way into work since they are open till 9pm. Well this one and the one in Kernersville close at 7pm. I would have to leave me house much earlier just to stop at either shop. Thus forcing me to spend my money at Starbucks since they are more accommodating hours. Hopefully in the future they will extend the hours. I love the coffee but like others have said it depends on who is working and its a roll of the dice if its going to be good or not. The service at both Advance and Kernersville could use some work as the staff don't seem to happy to even be there.

She didn’t hear half of my order and gave me the wrong drink and act like it was all my fault. This place is why we need green aprons
