My wife called to let them know, the lady that answered the phone was the rudest person we have ever come across. She did not want to hear what we saying. She then began yelling at us over the phone. We asked for her name, of course she did not give it to us. We then asked to talk to a manager and she then just hung up on us. She does not belong in a position where you are dealing with customers. We both were very shocked by this attitude.
