  This location should not even be open for business. Went in today to get a ham and turkey sub. They were out of all meats, except ham, turkey and salami. No lettuce, no mayo, no chips, no drinks. Almost out if bread (4 loaves). Several doordash/online orders declined because they didn't have the product to make the orders. The sweet lady working today was very sweet and positive despite what she was working with. Unacceptable. Would have given 0 stars of I could have. Her customer service was great however, do better Subway or don't even open.

  Holy moly, where to begin. I’ve been traveling far and wide my whole life, trying subways all over the country. At one time I attempted to become sponsored by subway but that’s a story for a different time. Well today, I was in a pinch and found ol faithful, beautifully tucked back into a strip mall, next to a planet fitness; it’s natural habitat - this subway establishment. Horrible choice. First I was met by the dimmed, depressing lighting, the haunt of what used to be; an empty bottled soda fridge, and not even a single chip on the rack. “How interesting”, I thought to myself. Surely this could be real. What’s a sandwich without a side of lays? Well let me tell you, it just got worse. The singular employee working, probably to no fault of her own, took ages to artistically craft these supposed-to-be culinary masterpieces. Finally my turn, only find out that they are “out” of essentially everything required to have an enjoyable experience, including bread. The counters; horrid. The food; disgusting. The service; abysmal. I go to check out and find out chips and drinks are not options at this restaurant. No bags to put your food in, only the sad shell of wrapping paper used to create this depressing monstrosity they call a sandwich. This serves as an open letter to the franchisee of this subway located; please, turn in your hat and bread knife and step away. This is placing an irreversible stain on the subway franchise. I cannot wrap my brain around how you are still open. What a disgusting, horrendous, frightening excuse of a subway. Jared would be ashamed. And you should be too. Do NOT, I implore you, DO NOT, come here. Also the bathrooms were horrific.

  Whatever you do, do not go to this subway. It is awful in so many ways. They never have stuff to make a full sandwich. I mean if you want just a mayo sandwich then go here. The lady working at the front is extremely rude. I wait for 10 min before I said hello is anyone there and then she came and yelled “hello what do you want”. I will just go to the subway down the street. This subway and the Walmart subway is owned by the same people so don’t go to either.

  Yeah. So. I have never eaten here. I do DoorDash. The management here need to get their stuff together. The employee is just blasting AI videos (I am assuming TikTok). They never receive any deliveries it seems like. Their fridge is completely empty aside from Root Beer and Lemonade. Their chip rack is sad. Monday, a customer wanted a Meatball sub, they didn't have any meatballs. Ya know, their special for Monday they didn't have. This is the saddest Subway I have ever been in.

  Extremely unprofessional service at this location. The store sign clearly says “OPEN”, and Google also shows the store as open. However, when I tried to enter, the door was locked from inside. What made the situation worse was that there was an employee inside the store wearing headphones, casually eating and walking around while completely ignoring customers. I knocked on the door multiple times and waited outside for over 10 minutes, but the employee didn’t bother to acknowledge me at all. She clearly saw or could hear someone at the door but chose to ignore the customer completely. If the store is closed or on a break, the hours should be updated or a sign should be posted on the door. Leaving the store marked as open while locking the doors and ignoring customers is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the management and customer service standards of this location.
