  Very cold environment negative managers was asking about the bathroom is only got the manager raise her voice at me and told me of course the bathrooms are locked their private bathrooms how was i supposed to know pizza buffet is a joke cold food old they don't put out fresh

  They gotta shut this place down asap. I can’t tell you how annoying it is to get a DoorDash order from this place. Jesus has a better chance of returning than me getting someone’s order within a reasonable time. Please for the love of god tear down this place and put something new here.

  This was the driest pizza that I have ever had. My son only eats pizza. Every day. We order pizza every 3 days. We usually go to the Cornelius NC location but we were in Belmont at a friends an ordered from this location. The delivery guy was very nice but the pizza taste like cardboard with not so fresh toppings. I would never order from this location again. My son wouldn’t even eat it so I was out of $25 plus delivery and had to order from Marco’s which cost me another $20. I am so very disappointed

  I went to Pizza Hut was like 4 months ago in it was some in the older lady that was working at the front was real rude in disrespectful, I went to dine-in yesterday in it was this younger lady I think her name was like Faye or something like that she was so sweet kind in respectful she has such good customer service skills I will be going back
