  The fact that every car in the evening gets told to wait after the automatic greeting means that if there is any car ahead of you it will take 10 to 15 minutes just to go through a drive through. Seems to be a staffing issue and management needs to fix that. I have been coming to this Wendy's by my house for over a year and nothing has improved. Ive started to avoid it

  I have been enjoying their salads for years but they have so severely downsized their salads, I am done. It's basically a side salad with a full meal price. So many delicious and much larger fast-food salads available right around the corner, why would I ever go back to Wendy's?

  Both the service and food quality made this experience very disappointing. We walked up to the register and waited for the cashier to be ready, and when she looked at us after typing onto the screen I told her my order and then she made me repeat the entire order back to her. And even with repeating it all again it still wasn't right and my burger had items I asked to have removed from it. And then the reason we had gone was to try the new tenders. Then when we had already been on our way in the car and opened the tenders only to see two of them were half the size advertised we did not feel as though we got what we paid for. Very disappointing, do not recommend especially when there are so many other fast food restaurants around.
