  Very very Bad experience I experienced today with my online pickup order. I arrived at the store to collect my order, but it was not there. When I asked about it, one of the staff members told me that “somebody already picked it up.” I explained that I had just arrived for my own order, but she did not provide any explanation or assistance. Instead, she said the store was not responsible and spoke to me in a very rude and blaming manner. I requested if they could remake the order, but her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. This was very disappointing, and I expect better service, especially when the mistake was not mine

  If I could give less stars, I would. Woman behind the counter was rude, overcharged me, and was anything less than pleasant to deal with. Add the rude customer service, along with the store being out of almost everything, I won’t be going back. Asked for a number to call, I was told to google it, asked for the general managers name, employee stated she wasn’t allowed to give out her name.

  Over the months, everytime I come to this location, when I order 2 footlongs, I barely get any meat and the veggies look old and dark looking, and bad and also, never and always out of footlong cookies, and other cookies look stale, and place looks messy, and employees are rude.
