  Have been here twice. It takes quite a while to get your food. First time went inside and the wait was ~25 min for only 5 people in front of me. 2nd time tried pickup. Pickup time was 12:40. Didn’t get the food till 1pm. There was over 10 people in the standard order line inside. They finished all of those plus additional people that came inside before I received my food. To top it all off the chips were beyond stale when we ate.

  Everytime im there at the restaurant they are always out of something resulting in me waiting long periods of time or just leaving having to go to the one in Gastonia where I never have issues the Belmont Chipotle sucks and needs to keep up with demand...

  Big thank you to all that were working on Wednesday, March 4th at 3-30pm! They really helped me out with getting my orders and didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t want to do. They were really patient with me and were kind. I truly appreciate the hospitality, especially because I don’t eat chipotle but ordered food for my family!

  I took my previous review back. I tried to give them a little more time to get it together being that this is a new location. First let's just start with the cooks. They were having an inappropriate conversation on why they date certain types of women/girls which I was highly offended because why are you talking about those things at work in the open. Secondly they can not ever keep up with the demand of product for service. They are always and I do mean always out of things if it's not at least a 20-30 minute wait for items. Third the lines are always long and they move with no since of urgency at all. Not all the employees are like this but my daughter was so excited to have a location near us but she would rather go to the gastonia location now. It has become habit that when we go here the first thing she ask them to do is to go ahead and tell her what they are out of so she's not disappointed. I've watch it ruin her entire mood everytime. Please get more training for your staff Chipotle.

  The nice new interior is probably the best I have to say. I've only had Chipotle one other time years ago and it made me sick, so I figured I'd give it another chance. Ordering was smooth enough. However, when it was my turn, they were basically out of steak. The lady helping me turned to the dude making a new batch, and he looked at both of us like he couldn't be bothered. Then he took a phone call and walked away. She had to ask someone else to get some steak from the driver thru station and there was very little there too. The burrito itself was subpar. I expected a lot more from a $16 burrito. So after two visits, I can safely say that there will not be a third.
