  I don’t even know where to start. Don’t waste your time going to this unprofessional place. Customer service is terrible. Employees have an attitude as soon as you walk through the door. They give you little to nothing in your bowl . The area where they fix your bowl or whatever you ordering is nasty. 🤮 I got to the register and just said forget about it. I travel to Gastonia to get my food. The tall blonde dude very poor customer service he was just throwing everything in the bowl and I asked him was he okay he got attitude with me and my daughter. The rest is history. He will not disrespect his elders anymore

  As usual most chipotle not execute the standard recipe, since this location just opened we didn’t expect. White rice was over cooked and oily Black beans without lime juice Fajitas was without onions and completely soggy. Corn was without jalapeño, salt and lime juice. Guacamole was without jalapeño as well. Test was flat! I would like to request to Manager, please educate your team and motivate them to follow the recipe. And to top management please focus on this issue. It is very common from NJ to NC , I have experienced. I’m big lover of chipotle, even I was part it for 10 months. I have worked at 4 different locations and one common thing I found it is, if the MANAGER is focused that location’s food quality and test always matches with standard. I’m writing this review after 5 years of being Chipotle’s customer. 🤞

  If you’re doing any sort of online delivery good luck. Even when they are not busy it takes 10-15 minutes longer than when your order is supposed to be ready. The drive through people make the online orders and they will always make drive through first so if there’s anyone going through it it’s a ridiculous amount of waiting time for something as simple as a burrito. Even when there’s no one IN THE STORE the people who make your stuff if you were a walk-in customer do absolutely nothing and just wait for people to come in. I get if that’s the system they use but the system and prioritization is awful and there’s a reason why this chipotle in particular has a 2 star rating.

  Visited today 01/02/26. The reviews are in fact very accurate. The lady fixing our bowls placed very little portions and was not very friendly. The bowls were 1/2 full and looked pathetic. She literally counted the pieces of chicken she placed in the bowls. The staff in the back stare at your while you’re ordering and makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere. If you’re reading this and care about what you’re spending your money on, avoid this location in Belmont.

  Waited in line for over 45 minutes. The white rice was completely out and was told we would have to wait 22 minutes for rice. So I had to get brown rice and then I had asked for chicken and the guy in the back was cutting the chicken but while he was cutting it, he was eating it. That has to be some sanitation violation. I never actually got chicken because he was taking so long to cut it so I just went with steak and it was cold. I understand that they are brand new, but there was no sense of urgency behind the counter.
