I visit this store frequently in the mornings to order an iced coffee and two donuts. On Thursday, March 5th, I entered the store to place my usual order. I was approached by an individual who appeared to be the manager, who informed me very rudely that the store was only accepting mobile orders. He spoke to me with an unprofessional attitude, and I was surprised to find that I could not be served as a walk-in customer. I am a regular paying customer asking for items that are already prepared. This experience was so unsettling that during my visit this morning, I chose to purchase coffee and snacks from the BP gas station instead of visiting Dunkin. I would like to continue ordering my usual breakfast from your location, but the current policy and the manner in which it was communicated are very discouraging.
